Patrick Lo
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Patrick C.S. Lo has served as our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since March 2002. From September 1999 to March 2002, he served as our President, and since our inception in 1996 to September 1999, he served as Vice President and General Manager. Mr. Lo joined Bay Networks, a networking company, in August 1995 to launch a division targeting the small business and home markets and established the NETGEAR division in January 1996.

From 1983 until 1995, Mr. Lo worked at Hewlett-Packard Company, a computer and test equipment company, where he served in various management positions in software sales, technical support, network product management, sales support and marketing in the United States and Asia, most recently as the Asia/Pacific marketing director for Unix servers. Mr. Lo received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Brown University.

Senior Vice President of Operations

Michael F. Falcon is Senior Vice President of Operations, having joined NETGEAR in November 2002 as Vice President of Operations. From September 1999 to November 2002, Mr. Falcon worked at Quantum Corporation, a data technology company, where he served as Vice President of Operations and supply chain management. From April 1999 to September 1999, Mr. Falcon was at Meridian Data, a storage company acquired by Quantum Corporation, where he served as Vice President of Operations.

From February 1989 to April 1999, Mr. Falcon was at Silicon Valley Group, a semiconductor equipment manufacturer, where he served as Director of Operations, Strategic Planning and Supply Chain Management. Prior to that, he served in management positions at SCI Systems, an electronics manufacturer, Xerox Imaging Systems, a provider of scanning and text recognition solutions, and Plantronics, Inc., a provider of lightweight communication headsets. Mr. Falcon received a B.A. degree with Honors in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz and has completed coursework in the M.B.A. program at Santa Clara University.

Chief Financial Officer

Christine M. Gorjanc serves as our Chief Financial Officer, and joined NETGEAR as our Vice President, Finance in November 2005. From September 1996 through November 2005, Ms. Gorjanc served as Vice President, Controller, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary for Aspect Communications Corporation, a provider of workforce and customer management solutions. From October 1988 through September 1996, she served as the Manager of Tax for Tandem Computers, Inc., a provider of fault-tolerant computer systems.

From June 1987 through October 1988, Ms. Gorjanc served as the Manager of Tax Operations for Xidex Corporation, a manufacturer of storage devices. Prior to that, Ms. Gorjanc worked in public accounting for eight years with a number of accounting firms. Ms. Gorjanc holds a B.A. in Accounting (with honors) from the University of Texas at El Paso, an M.S. in Taxation from Golden Gate University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Albert Liu
Vice President of Legal and Corporate Development and Company Secretary

Albert Liu serves as our Vice President of Legal and Corporate Development and Company Secretary. He joined NETGEAR in October 2004 as General Counsel and Company Secretary. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Liu acted as General Counsel and Secretary for Yipes Enterprise Services, an emerging telecommunications services company, overseeing all legal matters. From 2000 through 2004, he served as General Counsel, Director of Human Resources and Secretary of Turnstone Systems, Inc., a telecommunications equipment provider where he counseled senior management and the board of directors on public company reporting compliance and corporate legal issues.

Mr. Liu began practicing law with the New York firm of Sullivan & Cromwell, advising clients on all aspects of corporate and securities law, leading public and private securities offerings, and negotiating and finalizing venture capital investments and contracts. Before entering the legal field, he was a software engineer at Tandem Computers.

Mark Merrill
Chief Technology Officer

Mark G. Merrill has served as our Chief Technology Officer since January 2003. From September 1999 to January 2003, he served as Vice President of Engineering and served as Director of Engineering from September 1995 to September 1999.

From 1987 to 1995, Mr. Merrill worked at SynOptics Communications, a local area networking company, which later merged with Wellfleet to become Bay Networks, where his responsibilities included system design and analog implementations for SynOptic's first 10BASE-T products. Mr. Merrill received both a B.S. degree and an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Charles T. Olson serves as Senior Vice President of Engineering. He joined NETGEAR in January 2003 as Vice President of Engineering. From July 1978 to January 2003, Mr. Olson worked at Hewlett-Packard Company, a computer and test equipment company, where he served as Director of Research and Development for ProCurve Networking from 1998 to 2003, as Research and Development Manager for the Enterprise Netserver division from 1997 to 1998, and, prior to that, in various other engineering management roles in Hewlett-Packard's Unix server and personal computer product divisions. Mr. Olson received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Davis and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.

Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales & Support

David Soares serves as NETGEAR's Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Support. Most recently he was NETGEAR?s Vice President, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Sales starting in December 2003. From January 1998 to December 2003, Mr. Soares served NETGEAR first as the U.K. country manager and later as the managing director of Europe.

Prior to that, Mr. Soares worked at Hayes Microcomputer Products, a modem and data communications manufacturer, initiating and developing direct marketing and retail channel relationships. He also assisted with product marketing and created Hayes' first Internet starter kits for retail stores.

Vice President of Americas Sales

Michael Werdann has served as our Vice President of Americas Sales since December 2003. From October 1998 to December 2003, Mr. Werdann worked at NETGEAR starting as Regional Sales Director, later becoming the Director of Sales, E-commerce & DMR for the U.S. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Werdann worked at Iomega Corporation, a global leader in data storage, as the U.S. Sales Director for value-added resellers (VARs). Prior to that, Mr. Werdann held positions in sales and management with several nationally recognized VARs. Mr. Werdann received a Bachelor of Science degree in communications from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey.
