ReadyNAS Support and Warranty
ReadyNAS support is available by email with a response time of up to 72 hours. You must register your ReadyNAS product before you contact support.

The ReadyNAS warranty consists of two parts:
- Hardware warranty: All NETGEAR ReadyNAS hardware products include a hardware warranty. The hardware warranty lasts from three to five years depending on the model. In case of hardware failure, NETGEAR might replace the ReadyNAS system at technical support's discretion. For more information about the hardware warranty, see Limited Hardware Warranty.
- Hard disk drive warranty: The hard disk drive warranty covers only hard disk drives purchased from and installed by NETGEAR in a ReadyNAS product.
The ReadyNAS warranty does not cover software.
