| Yes. With VueZone, there are no annoying video cables or dangling power cords! Using a patented networking technology called Framemesh&trade, VueZone cameras stream video wirelessly to the VueZone base station, and their battery-operation eliminates the need for any power cords. Just place your cameras anywhere, go online, and view them! And move them at any time.

 | Do I need a PC running at home to use VueZone? |
| No. The VueZone personal video network utilizes the VueZone base station to handle all network activity and internet communications. There is no software to load as all viewing is done via web browser or mobile app.

 | What do I need to support the VueZone system? |
| To install the VueZone personal video network in your home, you will need an existing broadband Internet connection (typically via cable/DSL) with an open port on your home router. VueZone supports most all the major browsers on PCs, Macs and smartphones.

 | Are the VueZone cameras easy to install? |
| Yes. Installing a VueZone camera is quick and easy. Use the included peel-and-stick mount to place the camera anywhere. Click the sync button on the base station and turn on the camera. And then go to your private my.VueZone.com account - your new cameras will already be up and ready for viewing.

 | Do I need to install software? |
| No. You do not need to install any software on your PC to operate the VueZone personal video network. Our system is completely web-based. All you need is a browser on a PC or Mac, or a smartphone, to access your my.VueZone.com account and manage your cameras.

 | Do the VueZone cameras support Pan and Zoom? |
| Yes, the cameras allow you to digitally zoom in up to 4x the original view, depending on the initial selected resolution. In any image being actively viewed, you simply pan a small window within that image to select a new view, and then select a zoom level. The camera refreshes with the selected frame expanded at the full resolution available. Some advanced features require a paid service plan - compare service plans here.

 | Can I plug-in or recharge the VueZone cameras? |
| No. VueZone cameras are battery-powered and do not have the option to be plugged directly into an electrical outlet. The cameras use a common CR123 Lithium photo battery which is not rechargeable. These batteries are available in most retailers.

 | Will VueZone cameras work in low-light or total darkness? |
| VueZone Indoor and Motion Detection cameras have a Low-Light setting to enhance the video image when you view and record in low light environments. These camera models require the light of at least a 40 Watt bulb to capture quality video. VueZone may also be used in combination with motion-activated lights to provide an effective nighttime solution A VueZone Add-On Night Vision camera is now available to view and record video in the dark using an infrared lamp. | No, VueZone cameras do not offer audio.

 | Which PC browsers are supported? |
| Internet Explorer 7.0 or above, Firefox 3.0 or above, Chrome 10.0 or above and Safari 3.0 or above along with Adobe Flash v10.1 or above are supported.

 | How much recorded video can I store online? |
| Your online storage limit is determined by your service plan. All paid service plans come with some storage for any recorded videos or snapshots. The free Basic plan does not allow any recording, nor does it have any storage. Please visit our VueZone service plans for more details.
