This service will be launched in key markets in Europe and is intended to rollout across other markets over time. This service offering, in addition to NETGEAR’s Lifetime warranty on ProSafe® products, provides a unique benefit to NETGEAR business customers. NETGEAR’s ProSupport next business day on-site service dispatches a networking professional to a customer site on the next business day. Channel partners searching for an alternative to costly vendor licensing and certification programs may now directly leverage NETGEAR’s global support network and expertise.
