At NETGEAR she was responsible for product line roadmap, NPI planning and execution throughout the full life cycle of SMB hardware/software networking switches. Tasks included prioritizing product and gathering customer requirements, defining the product vision, writing PRDs, working closely with different stakeholders which consists of teams varying from executive leaders, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, design, planning, operations, program managers and customer support departments to ensure a successful product launch. Implemented many data-driven analysis to drive strategic decisions. Continued to drive company revenue goals to ensure customers satisfaction goals are met.
Outside of work I take joy in traveling, carving through winter slopes on a snowboard, flying my drone in an open sky, and playing the piano and ukulele.
