NETGEAR AV @ NAB 2025 in booth SL8913
NETGEAR AV will be at NAB 2025 in booth SL8913 in the South Hall Lower, highlighting our impact across the broadcast industry. We are working with the seasoned and up-and-coming leaders in the industry. We are proud to announce we reached 400 Broadcast and ProAV manufacturing partners helping us lead the charge. Over 120 of these manufacturers will be exhibitors at NAB this year!
Our experts onsite are excited to showcase how NETGEAR AV is laser focused on the broadcast world through a mix of product solutions, industry partnerships, and support for every type of broadcast IP, including the SMPTE ST 2110 standard. Come check out our revolutionary approach to site-wide network configuration with NETGEAR Engage™, our growing partnerships with NDI, Audinate-Dante and AIMS/IPMX, and recent joining of The DPP.
NETGEAR AV is ready to show you how deep our commitment is to the broadcast industry. Plus, our Pro AV Design team will also be on hand to answer questions or discuss how to bring your company’s IP dream project to fruition!
Onsite Demos: Engage 2.0 and How to Design a Broadcast Network
Stop by the booth for a demo of the recently released NETGEAR Engage 2.0. Building on the strength of the original Engage controller, version 2.0 transforms AV network configuration and management by including configuration of our WiFi 7 access points and Pro Router for centralized, single pane of glass control.
NETGEAR Engage 2.0, a free download for Mac or Windows, brings new capabilities to your AV Network:
- WiFi Control in AV Installations:
Manage AV endpoints with touch panels and tablets on an ad-hoc wireless network.
- Temporary WiFi Guest Network:
Provide convenient WiFi for mobile studios/crews at venues. Residential AV: Integrate M4250/M4350 switching with home WiFi networks for a seamless experience.
In addition to the Engage demos, our team of experts will be offering guidance on how to design a broadcast network using NETGEAR. Whether your business is branching out into the broadcast, media, or live entertainment space, or you’re a seasoned veteran looking to upgrade your infrastructure, our experts can offer insights into what to keep top-of-mind as you advance your network.

SMPTE ST 2110 Tested and Compatible
NETGEAR AV’s ST 2110-capable switches reinforce the company’s rapidly evolving product road map that reflects today’s shifting industry standards. Two models of the award-winning M4350 series of fully managed switches support the SMPTE ST 2110 IP broadcast standard. These switches drastically lower the cost of entry and provide an ease of configuration never before seen in the broadcast world.
On top of that, the entire NETGEAR AV managed switch lineup supports all the additional broadcast protocols including NDI, Dante, SRT, AES67, IPMX, and more. Extending the strength of the M4250 line of AV switches that pioneered a simpler way of network configuration, the M4350 line brings greater scale, speed and redundancy when used on their own, or at the aggregation layer with M4250 switches at the edge.
Continuing the theme of embracing industry standards, NETGEAR is just over a year into our interoperability partnership with Panasonic Connect for the KAIROS IT/IP Platform for live production. KAIROS gives professionals unlimited control to deliver rich content for broadcast, large screen display and live streams. Through KAIROS and its adoption of the ST 2110 standard baseband and streaming connectivity, NETGEAR AV is delivering unparalleled input/output flexibility that pairs perfectly with the content creation flexibility of GPU/CPU processing.
Featured Partnerships: Celebrating Strength in Numbers
Our continued commitment to supporting industry standards and making network configuration easier fuels our passion for partnership. We work to engineer products that match customer demand and innovation stride for stride. With the support of our industry partners, we are excited to usher in the next generation of AV tech and broadcast and digital production networks.
- 5 Years of NDI
Earlier this year NETGEAR celebrated half a decade of partnership with NDI. Our groundbreaking NETGEAR AV OS™, built into every AV switch, and the free NETGEAR Engage™ controller include certified profiles for NDI, significantly reducing the cost and complexity of network configuration. This allows content creators to focus on their projects rather than worrying about network setup.
Further, NDI recently expanded its NDI Certified Program to include software and infrastructure hardware products, and we were eager to be involved. NETGEAR is among the earliest adopters of this program, with all switches from our popular M4250, M4300, M4350, M4500 series being fully certified.
- The DPP: Pioneering a New Era of Broadcast AV Technology through Partnership
This past month, NETGEAR announced it joined the Digital Production Partnership (DPP), an international association for media and technology, to support our effort to empower businesses with the tools they need for next-generation content creation and distribution. With solutions like NETGEAR AV OS™ which offers certified profiles for every major broadcast and pro AV protocol, NETGEAR is no stranger to meeting AV consumer needs.
- Active Involvement in the AIMS Alliance
On the technology front, NETGEAR continues its active involvement in the Alliance for IP Media Solutions (AIMS), a non-profit trade organization for the broadcast and media industry to increase the adoption of Internet Protocol Media Experience (IPMX™). Tied to our AIMS involvement, we have been working with MATROX for years, showing how IPMX is easy to implement. IPMX, a set of open standards-based protocols designed to ensure interoperability for AV-over-IP systems, is among the best practices for the broadcast and media industries. In conjunction with Matrox, NETGEAR is readily prepared to flex the benefits of redundancy, resiliency and great image quality found in IPMX.
